About our craftsmanship
- We use several wood species in the manufacturing of our products, including some that are not native to Quebec.
- All of our products are manufactured here, in our workshop in Chambly, on Montreal’s South Shore.
- Our products are assembled using non-toxic, food-safe glue approved by Health Canada and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Our cutting boards are treated with non-toxic, heavy mineral oil.
- Please note that each product is unique, and the color of the wood may vary from one product to another.
Cutting board thickness
- The cutting board is 1 5/8" (4 cm) thick.
- The total thickness is 2" (5 cm) with the feet.
